| The Seymour-Hallam Conflict Resolution Index (CRI) instrument is in the last stage of research development and will be available in early 2012. It will be used to help two individuals who identify a specific conflict between them. The instrument will give each of them data on how they perceived their behavior in the conflict and how the other person perceived their behavior. This will give them information to compare their intent with their actual impact. By seeing the similarities and differences, participants will be able to engage in meaningful dialogue about their perceptions and misperceptions of themselves and each other.
