Certification

Certification is required to conduct Conflict Lens^TM feedback and training.  The next certification workshop will be held in Fall 2006*.

Participants must complete the instrument prior to the workshop.  The workshop is interactive and designed to ensure future success in using the Conflict Lens^TM.  The workshop covers topics such as the following:

• how to interpret the scales.
• how to debrief the results with individuals.
• how to debrief the results with groups.
• assumptions behind the tool.
• a model and vocabulary for talking about conflict.
• research findings based on hundreds of real conflicts.
• how to create "conflict competent" organizations.

Each participant will also receive a Participant's Guide and an extensive PowerPoint presentation for use in giving future presentations on the Conflict Lens^TM.
