Costs

Instrument:  $35 per respondent (one scannable booklet or online administration, computer scoring, a 9-page report and a 4-page interpretive guide).

Tips and Tactics: $10 (a condensed booklet to help participants develop skills to achieve constructive outcomes)

Participant's Guide:  $12.50 (a 76-page guide with rich information to help the participant understand the results and use them constructively).

Group Report:  $100 (An extensive analysis of the group's conflicts).
 

Technical Report:  $45 (A description of the theoretical underpinnings, developmental steps, psychometric properties and other aspects of the instrument).
 

Certification:  $350 (A 6-hour experience during which you will receive your own Conflict Lens^TM report, a Participant's Guide, Technical Report, and an annotated Power point presentation for your use in presenting the Conflict Lens^TM).
